The Highlander Boats range currently comprises of 8 models, all hand built with great care to a high specification in the United Kingdom with a 3 year hull warranty as standard.

We offer our customer a choice in specification with each boat produced to fit the customer’s needs and priced competitively

Unlike many boat builders Highlander Boats offer a personal service to all its customers and works hard to make your purchase special to you, with the opportunity to select a colour of your choice where possible as well as other complimentary offers which come with package deals.

All our standard packages are sold ready for the water!

At the point of hand over we will spend time explaining how things work and if possible will take you afloat to familiarise you with the operation of your boat package rather than just leaving you with an owners manual.

All of the boats are capable of being towed behind a family car and easily launched and retrieved meaning that owners are free to launch at any the public slipways around the country, saving on mooring costs.

Optional equipment – we supply a wide range of accessories, including covers, cabin bulkheads, handrails, cushions, casette toilets and electronics. We are happy to fit electronics supplied by customers for a small charge.

Highlander Boat Range:

The Arran Dinghy is the smallest boat in the range at 2.9m in length It is ideal for pottering around, fishing or as a yacht tender.

The boat features a simuated clinker effect is hand built to a high standard in glass fibre and has a lot of built in buoyancy more info

Our Club range of boats/dinghys are recognised as excellent for fishing at inland waters particularly for fly fishing ( ideal angling boat for trout and loch fishing)  where the combination of great hull shape water ballast tank and good-seating positions makes them a leader in the field.

Jura Dinghy

Introduced recently to the range the Jura is a step up from the Arran dinghy with a larger carrying capacity but with similar traditional lines. It is ideally suited for pottering, fishing or as a larger tender. more info
